Warm up: Spelling
Review answers to SOAPS activity from yesterday. Go to the library for Teen Read Week. Check out a new book for outside reading. Outside reading will be changing second quarter. You´ll need to get a journal for this class. Your journal should be smaller than a standard spiral notebook. It should be about the size of a book so you can easily carry it around with you. You will need this by next week. HOMEWORK: Get a journal (they can be found at the dollar store). Warm up: Spelling practice - silent consonants SOAPS-LT with The Interesting Narrative of the Life of Oluadah Equiano on page 25 of your StudySync booklet, or online on StudySync. I want you to do just the SOAPS part of the paper. The goal here is EFFORT. I'm looking to see that you're trying to understand the text right now. Tomorrow we will go over it in class so you'll need to have it done by then. You can print your own worksheet from the link below. HOMEWORK:
